  • Mezzanine removal – including electrics & fire alarms
  • Signage removal – internal & external
  • Dismantling of shop shelving, counters, warehouse racking, office facilities, etc.
  • Isolation of utilities – draining systems & taking final meter readings
  • Site clearance & clean sweep throughout - recycling whenever applicable
  • Weekend works can be arranged to minimise disruption
